March 29, 2015 | 9:30 am
Cost : Suggested Donation: $15 per family, $5 per adult

Palm Sunday traditionally marks the beginning of Holy Week marking Jesus’ entrance into the city of Jerusalem.  Today, the Sunday School children will search for the donkey and process into church with palms. Together with a small ensemble, the church choir will perform Dietrich Buxtehude’s Cantata 60, “Jesu, My Joy.”  The verses will be woven into the reading of the Passion according to St. Mark.

Immediately following the service, the local Thrivent Action Team and chef Don Holzschuh will be serving a pancake breakfast.  All profits will be directed to the LOTI Camp Scholarship Fund. The requested donation is $5 for adults and/ $15 per family.

During the breakfast, the children will be invited to the Parsonage for an egg hunt.
