The LOTI Endowment Committee is sponsoring an Honoring Choices Minnesota forum on Advanced Care Planning. The presentation will address such issues as: Is a will is necessary? What is a health care directive? The forum will be followed by a barbecue of burgers, brats, beans and coleslaw, also hosted by members of the Endowment Committee.
