Throughout the year, Gethsemane Lutheran Church in Hopkins has been celebrating their 125 anniversary. Pastor Haug served the congregation as an associate pastor from 1996-1999. He has been invited to preach at Gethsemane as a part of their anniversary celebration. As a pulpit exchange, their Associate Pastor Sarah Moat will preach at Lake of the Isles.
