On Sunday, February 16 at 12:00 p.m., Lake of the Isles Lutheran Church will host another Scandinavian Smorgasbord. Swedish born and trained chef Anna-Lena Sköld will offer an authentic Swedish smorgasbord with a variety of traditional foods as well as a featured main course and dessert. Before emigrating from Sweden in 1995, Chef Sköld studied at the culinary school in Göteborg and worked in numerous restaurants in the ski resorts of northern Sweden. She also opened her own restaurant on the island of Öland in the Baltic Sea.
The $25 all inclusive reservation includes the following menu on February 16. The cost for children between the ages of 5 to 12 is $12.50 and children 5 and under are free.
