It is hard to believe how fast this year has gone and we are wrapping up the program year on May 18!   I would like to take this time to say a very HUGE thank you to our amazing teachers who have been so dedicated to teaching Sunday School this year.  It has been a delight to work with you and watch you share your faith with our Sunday School kids.

A special thank you to Dawn Allan, who is not only our wonderful choir director, but she has been a partner in helping lead large group a few times a month throughout the year.  We have been so blessed to have her wonderful energy and spirit guiding our kids.  Thank you, Dawn!

Looking ahead – time to register for next year!!

We are already planning for next year! Registration for the 2014-15 year begins in May and we appreciate you taking the time to check this off your list so you are all set to go in the fall.  It helps our planning tremendously to have your registrations in May.  Thank you in advance for your timely registrations. Forms are available 2014-15 Sunday School Registration form and on the youth table in Fellowship Hall.

Calendar and “to do” notes for May:

May 18: Last day of Sunday School. Children meet their Guardian Angel after worship at the Guardian Angel “Reveal” Party complete with angel food cake!

Preschool VBS:

• Date: June 23-26
• Time: 9:00-11:30 am
• Age: Kids who are 3 yrs old through those entering Kindergarten
• Registration fee: $20

We will explore and play (and splash!) in God’s Word through art, games, music, creative play and storytelling.

Elementary Day Camp:

• Date: June 23-26
• Time: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
• Age: Kids entering Grades 1-6 in the fall
• Registration Fee: $40

Come for a week of fun, joy, laughter, smiles and growing in faith!  Luther Park staff is coming to Lake of the Isles leading our kids in games, crafts, skits, small group time, worship and lots of crazy fun songs.
