You are invited to join us in a relaxed atmosphere with a group of people gathered to share in the grace of God. Whether you feel more comfortable in your sunday best or in your everyday attire, we are happy that you choose to worship together with us.
Our Location
At LOTI you will find a small town church, within a beautiful urban setting. Situated on the shores of Lake of the Isles, one of Minneapolis’ famed lakes, the beauty of the setting is second to none. You will see walkers, runners, bikers, and possibly a canoe or two just beyond our front doors. Street parking is ample, but arrive early for the best spots.
Our Services
Our services are based on a traditional service model and uses multi-page bulletins for easy following. Communion is offered every Sunday to all believers and those that feel they are ready to receive the body and blood of Jesus Christ.
Sunday School coincides with the service. Children and teachers depart after the Children’s Sermon and return before Communion begins.
The Postlude is a time for self reflection and preparation as our organist plays familiar classical songs on a world class pipe organ.
Coffee hour follows the service, usually in Fellowship hall located directly below the sanctuary (or on the patio weather permitting), and is a great opportunity to meet new people or catch up with old friends.
