Mischa Santora, the Artistic Director of the Minneapolis Music Company and former associate conductor of the Minnesota Orchestra will direct the LOTI Church Choir and guest musicians in a performance of Buxtehude’s  music for Ascension Day at Lake of the Isles Lutheran Church on Sunday morning, May 1st at 9:30.  In honor of Christ’s ascension, the worship service will conclude with the launching of dove shaped balloons.

This is also the day that our Sunday School children will be completing their service project which is making sandwiches for the homeless.  You are welcome to help assemble birthday bags after the worship service.   Remember to bring back your M & M containers- full.
