On Sunday, March 29th at 3pm the chamber music group “womenperformhers” will present a lively concert of pieces  composed by four internationally renowned women composers including Gabriela Lena Frank, Abbie Betinis, Carol Barnett and Erika Foin.  The compositions include sounds of Mexican life, poetry by Rainer Maria Rilke and Kenneth Fearing, and Jewish folk melodies. “Womenperformhers” include string and wind instrumentalists and soprano voice and showcase international music by women composers through the ages from classical to modern.
